Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. diced pork
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 box 12 oz Stove Top stuffing
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat 12” Dutch oven from the bottom for 5 minutes. 

  2.  Place diced pork in oven. Stir until brown.

  3. Add soup. Mix with the pork. Simmer for ½ hour to 45 minutes. (This tenderizes the meat.)  

  4.  Place mushrooms on top. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. Place on top of mushrooms. 

  5.  Bake 30 minutes with 5 coals on the bottom and 10 coals on top.
