This Cabbage and Corned Beef Dutch Oven Recipe results with a great meat and vegetable dish prepared in a Dutch Oven.
Cabbage and Corned Beef
A traditional dish from a traditional oven in a fraction of the time.
- 1 medium-sized head cabbage
- 1-11 oz cream of celery soup
- 1-12 oz corned beef
- 2 cups water
Preheat the Dutch oven
Wash the cabbage, remove the core, and cut head into 8 pieces
Place cabbage, soup, and one can of water in the oven
Bake for 10 minutes
Slice the beef and place it on top of the cabbage
Bake for 10 minutes or until cabbage is done
Fits in a 10-inch Dutch oven.
